Phineaus "Fin" Furley is a Freshman student studying Political Science at Académie Le Tour. He can be found in the family bin along with his roommates, Ellen Frost and Chaz Whippler.

Phineaus seems to be the happy-go-lucky guy of the group, although he is a loner in most dorms. Ellen and him don't get along well, considering Ellen is "cold" and "anti-social", and he likes being happy.

Phineaus' glasses are unused, so if a mirror is used to remove them, they cannot be recovered. A mod that unlocks the hidden glasses can be found here. When editing in SimPE, Phineaus' zodiac sign is not recognized.

When the household is first moved onto a lot, Phineaus is 72 hours away from the final exam in his first semester. Like several other Sims from Académie Le Tour, he starts off with no gender preference.
