Phoebe Twiddle is a Sim residing in SimValley in handheld version of The Sims: Bustin' Out, and on its sequel The Urbz: Sims in the City, she is an Urb residing in Miniopolis.
The Sims Bustin' Out[edit | edit source]
In The Sims: Bustin' Out, she was a cashier at Nicki Knack's Bric-A-Brac trinket shop but cannot be socialized with as she only sells items.
The Urbz: Sims in the City[edit | edit source]
Following the events of The Sims: Bustin' Out, she then moves to Miniopolis and opens her own shop where Ava Cadavra serves as its cashier.
If the player asks her about SimValley, she will mention that she sometimes misses her farmer boyfriend. She is possibly referring to Uncle Hayseed, who was the protagonist's uncle in the previous game.
Once the player reaches a relationship level of 100 with her, she will reveal that there are stories of a man who used to live in Glasstown trash cans, which unlocks a trash can home for the player just outside of King Tower.
