Rainelle Neengia was a pre-made female Sim that lived Downtown during her lifetime, presumably in the House of Fallen Trees. She lived there after the death of the original inhabitants, the Tricou Family, and seems to have died on the lot, as she is buried in the garden near Gvaudoin and Fricorith Tricou.

Rainelle has personality points and interests, something not every pre-made deceased Sim has. Rainelle's death was most likely caused by the Tricou ghosts scaring her to death, as her ghost is pink, indicating death by fright.

It is unconfirmed if it was one of the Tricou ghosts that scared her to death, since Rainelle has no memory of the ghost that scared her. Her eyes are notably larger than the eyes of most Sims, possibly a reference to her death from fright. Rainelle has the same dress as Dina Caliente, except that she wears boots whereas Dina wears heels.
