Rosemarie Collins is a pre-made Sim from the neighborhood of Isla Paradiso, available in The Sims 3: Island Paradise. She lives with her husband Christopher Collins and their 3 children at 76 Civic Center. At the start of the game she is in her second trimester with her 4th child.

Originally she was listed as the biological mother of Omar, Cristobel and Martina Collins, but after a patch following the release of Island Paradise, she no longer is listed as such. This is also the case for Persephone Han, Carolina Ichtaca, Linda Scott and Lopita Alto.

Rosemary's pregnancy also causes in-game lag due to her attempting to change into her work clothes while pregnant. This can be fixed by having her quit her job.
