On his family tree, Amanda is however listed as his daughter and Melany is listed as Amanda's mother. There is no blood relation between Melany and Rowley on his family tree, though this appears to be a mistake made by the developers, as all of their personal bios indicate that Amanda and Rowley are a romantic couple and Melany is their daughter. He can be made playable by marrying him, or asking him to move in.
