S. Windle Racket was a Sim who lived in Twinbrook. He died of Electrocution and is buried in the Ivy Hill Graveyard. His first name might be connected to the word "Swindle," meaning to steal something from somebody in a clever way, often by tricking them into giving it to you. He completed his lifetime wish before dying.

He is strongly implied to be one of the relatives of the Racket family, having the Mean-Spirited and Evil traits of the Racket elders, Max and Marigold, and sharing their surname. This is not confirmed, since he doesn't appear on their family tree. He also greatly resembles Bill Racket.

Like every deceased Sim of Twinbrook, he has a pale green skin, grey hair and bare feet.
