Sam Bagley is the patriarch of the Bagley family criminals. He is Ma Bagley's deceased husband and the father of Rhoda Bagley and Sherman Bagley. He died before the game starts, and is buried in Old Town Cemetery. Oddly, Sam has the Unlucky trait, yet he died by drowning. Normally, unlucky Sims cannot die by any method rather than old age.
He may be a spoof of Ma Barker's husband, George Elias.
Resurrection tip
This Sim can be brought back to life with ambrosia or with the Oh My Ghost! opportunity.
