Seth Zaidi is a deceased repairman buried in Olive Specter's garden. It is possible that Olive had some part in his death. He shares his surname with Brenda Zaidi, and Emmy Zaidi. According to the color of his ghost, he died of starvation.

His Sim DNA in SimPE states that his hair was blonde before it turned grey. He has the same facial structure as Carmen Patch, Emmy Zaidi and Julie Monif. According to his age data, he had 101 days left before dying of old age, meaning that he could have had access to Elixir of Life at some point in his life.

As with many Sims buried on the Specter lot, Seth has a corrupted face. Though unlike the other affected Sims, Seth's face actually appears normally and without graphical artifacts. One side-effect of the corruption is that he might turn invisible if resurrected as a zombie, as the game is unable to process the necessary changes to his face. If Seth is resurrected, he will be the shoving Sim when a Sim from another household stargazes with a telescope during the day.
