The Sinclair family is a pre-made family from Four Corners, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. The family consists of Waring Sinclair and his wife Ashley Sinclair. Waring is an elder and he has the Fortune aspiration. He is a business tycoon. He fears Ashley will cheat on him. Ashley is an adult who has just begun that life stage, and her aspiration is Romance. She seems to be interested in Dylan Kincaid. Waring and Ashley attend Riley and Mickey's wedding. They don't have any friends at the start of the game.
The Sinclair family starts out living in 22 Hyacinth Circle with §1,164 in funds in both the Story Mode version and the Free Play version of the neighborhood.
They can be played after completing Riley's story or in the Free Play version. Waring is retired in the Free Play version.

- In The Sims 3, the local "Chess Champion" is named Argyle Sinclair, with 2 opportunities involving him. It is unknown if there is any relation.
