The Skittish trait is available for dogs and cats, and conflicts with the Adventurous trait.Skittish Pets have a nervous disposition and are easily startled.

- Pets will be easily startled by everyday occurrences.
- Pets are often nauseous from dealing with stress.
- Pets with this trait are less likely to win fights against other pets.
- Pets will like to hide under furniture.

The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs[edit | edit source]
The Skittish trait is only available for cats, though there is a similar dog trait called Jumpy. It has no conflicts.These cats are scared of everything. Okay well, almost everything. They also like to hide a lot.
