Stacy Miguel is a pre-made teenage paper delivery girl who lives in Garden Heights, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Pet Stories. She and Kana Chen are the only pre-made NPCs in the neighborhood that function. Other functioning NPCs are generated when necessary during the Best in Show story or in Free Play mode once the story is finished. There are two more pre-made NPCs in Garden Heights, Claire Lind and Lilly Phillips, but they have incomplete character data and are left unplayable.
