Steffi Royce is one of the pre-made teenage townies in Bluewater Village from The Sims 2: Open for Business. She can be made playable by befriending and sending her to college, or aging her up with another teen. Steffi's relationships with other townies are usually randomized at the start of the game. She has the same facial structure as Chloe Gonzaga.

Her interests and turn ons/offs are randomized at the start of the game. It is only referenced in the game files that she has no interests and turn ons/offs. When Steffi is first spawned in-game, she will be a C student enrolled in public school. She has a bronze talent badge in Toy Making. Steffi's name is randomized when Bluewater Village is generated. The name "Steffi Royce" is only referenced in the game files.

The outfit Steffi wears in-game is different from the one displayed in her default thumbnail. This happens with several other Bluewater Village townies. Her outfit comes from the Nightlife expansion pack. Because of this, Steffi's outfit will not show up correctly unless Nightlife is installed, and she will instead wear the outfit displayed in her default thumbnail, or otherwise a random outfit.
