Only one bedroom?

Contrary to this edit, there is no reason to be surprised that the house only has one bedroom. First, it obviously wasn't Mortimer's childhood home. Second, even if Maxis originally intended to imply that it might have been, there would be no reason for Gunther and Cornelia not to convert his room to another use.
