Mrs. Crumplebottom and Agnes Crumplebottom

Please leave information about Mrs. Crumplebottom out of this article and especially out of the infobox as it was not meant to contain information from two Sims. Apparently it has been confirmed that they are one and the same, (though I could not find a source that did not reference here), however they are treated differently in The Sims and The Sims 2 and should have separate pages that are kept separate. --a_morris (talk) 21:26, 30 March 2009 (UTC)

So, Agnes is Crumpy in Sims 1, but is that the same Crumpy from Sims 2? If not, is she supposed to be a relation? M. H. Avril 03:56, 11 June 2009 (UTC)

Bayoubash - This town is filled with beatniks and hippies! TALK - What a frivolous folly! Agnes is thought to be the "Crumpy" in The Sims, but it is also thought that she is another person. In The Sims 2, it couldn't be Agnes, because she is deceased, so it's another person, but could be the same. It's a little confusing.

Erik or Robert

This is 2012, so the Sims 3 has already been released.

She never had an husband, Erik was her fiancé. Robert, if anything, is\was the husband of the Mrs. Crumplebottom in TS2. (If she's around 95 in TS2, she would be 70 in TS1 and 45 in TS3. Robert is propably Cornelia's first cousin or something. Elmira Clamp's mother also seems to have Crumplebottom as a maiden name, hence her having an Auntie Crumplebottom, which would be Simon's sister. Pronunciation

How do you pronounce Agnes? I know that Anges is pronounced On-J, but that's all I know.--Amigop

I believe it's Agnis. It's coming from the Greek name Αγνή (Agne) which is pronounced Agni.

I usually pronounce it as 'Acknesse'.

Missing biography

Her biography for The Sims 3 is missing. Someone removed it or never wrote it. Prah 19:00, June 9, 2012 (UTC)

I removed it earlier because I thought the biography was copied from the family biography initially. The thing was that I didn't have this game so I didn't know the truth. The best way was to remove it until someone can re-add it again with the correct bio, even if it's actually changed. Nikel _Talk 16:19, June 10, 2012 (UTC)

Resurrecting Agnes Crumplebottom

Are you sure that resurrecting her will cause her face to be deformed. Because her face looks perfectly normal.C.Syde65 (talk) 21:32, December 13, 2013 (UTC)

@Nikel - what happened to Agnes in your recent game is no different to what happened when I resurrected her on someone else's computer with SimPE. C.Syde65 (talk) 21:43, January 6, 2014 (UTC)

I didn't resurrect her. I saw her ghost. I knew for sure in my old games I saw her ghost have deformed face as well. Nikel _{Talk – Vote!} 15:05, January 8, 2014 (UTC)

I think it may have been a graphical glitch or something. I've seen Agnes's ghost and played as her and her face is completely fine. However, as she may have extreme facial features, maybe you misinterpreted her face as being deformed. OoppDecks (talk) 08:06, October 17, 2014 (UTC)
