Empty lot?

As the full map of Brindleton Bay has been revealed, I've noticed an interesting lot in the Sable Square neighborhood. This lot seems to be empty, but it does have couple trees already placed on it, making in not completely empty. Should this "empty" lot be classified in the empty lots section, or in the uninhabited residential lots section? I know this question might have an obvious answer to it but I'm going to ask it anyways. - SimDestroyer (talk) 17:22, October 30, 2017 (UTC)
