Anchor and level 1 header

I didn't know level 1 header doesn't appear in the TOC. I mustn't have paid enough attention to it. In exchange, I think we could use {{Anchor}} to overcome the problem with linking, but not the problem with TOC sadly. Nikel _{Talk – Vote!} 14:02, November 6, 2013 (UTC)

The recent technical update has fixed the level 1 header so it will show up in the TOC. Nikel _{Talk – Vote!} 11:11, November 27, 2013 (UTC)
