Revision to Where to download Custom Content

I used {{vgversion}} to note which games each site supports, except for xSIMS.de , which I know nothing about. I tagged Paladin's Place/SimWardrobe as TS2, because the CC for The Sims can no longer be obtained, even though the tools can. I removed Decorgal because the site is no more -- content has gone to the Graveyard. Dharden (talk) 20:20, January 8, 2014 (UTC)
