in my game he have name: Cyrus Shallow.. (i'm not edited this...) .. why it is?

If I recall correctly, your native language is Polish, right? Presuming that you have the game installed in Polish as well, there will be some differences in naming. It never happened when I had TS3 into Greek for me, (mainly due to character support but oh well), but I have heard the Polish games in The Sims series have several different names.
