She is Sarah's grandmother. They just did not have time to include the middle generation so it's actually a 3-gen household. It's just like the Moonlight Falls Goths.

I'm pretty sure Wynn is Sarah's grandmother. If she was meant to not be related, they would be diff. colors, would'nt they? (Even the bio implies that. It calls Wynn a "grandmother" and then describes Sarah.) If she were meant to just be their mother figure-type, it would say "a beautiful new wife and their grandmother figure".
