Resurrection

Hmmm.. how resurrecting Glabe exactly works? I know how to resurrect Sims with and without character data but Glabe? what's the matter with her and what's the main problem that she couldn't be resurrected simply because of? ok, taking a peek inside her character file and making SimPE recognize her as person is not the problem, I just want to know why resurrecting her works that way.
