Headshot

Where does the Gypsy Matchmaker displayed in the headshot come from? Does she come from FreeTime? because I've never seen her in Nightlife. If she does come from FreeTime, someone ought to reference her name and/or add pictures of the FreeTime gypsy matchmakers. If they are pre-made that is.
