Transport to the Future set[edit source]

These are definitely vehicles, to, I presume, they should be added. Ae jarv 18:53, October 8, 2010 (UTC)

The Kenspa[edit source]

“Available in France and Egypt” is not a price, it's a note. Police cruiser and Woo Woo 4000 have “Career Reward” in price because that's the only way to earn them and they don't have a price. Kenspa is buyable. Ae jarv 16:59, October 5, 2010 (UTC)

Promo cars[edit source]

Can someone add the Dr. Pepper promo cars (the Retro Ride and the Seaside Ride), the Toyota Prius, the Ford Fiesta, and the Renault Twizy Z.E. to the table for the sims 3?--Eduardog3000 16:34, September 18, 2010 (UTC)

Similar[edit source]

The "Junk Car" from the Sims 1 looks VERY similar to the "Retro Ride" (from the Dr. Pepper EA promotion) from the Sims 3.--Eduardog3000 16:37, September 18, 2010 (UTC)

Agree, both are '57 Chevy. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ilovefoxes (talkcontribs) 12:22, September 19, 2010 (UTC) - Please sign your comments with ~~~~
At first i loved that car... and that retro couch that has a car theme. but now i love that car from Ambitions that's based on a lamborghini murcielago. Still love that couch though.Bafendo 01:58, September 21, 2010 (UTC)
It's not from Ambitions, it's from Fast Lane. Ae jarv 16:59, October 5, 2010 (UTC)

Mods[edit source]

i noticed that the non-drivable/non-ownable cars section of the sims 3 vehicles are mods. just out of curiosity... why are mods listed on this wiki instead of the actual EA created NPC driven vehicles? in my opinion Mods shouldn't be apart of articles with official EA objects and items. Bafendo 01:55, September 21, 2010 (UTC)

I think the "mod" listing is for CC versions that are buyable and drivable. It's just a way of saying that they're non-drivable and non-ownable unless CC is used. --Dharden (talk) 04:13, September 21, 2010 (UTC)
Oh ok. thanks for clearing that up. :) Bafendo 07:09, September 21, 2010 (UTC)
Mods shouldn't be there, since anyone can edit it.

I added the link to the TS3 cars to Car#Custom Content. Dharden (talk) 12:16, September 21, 2010 (UTC)

Sims 3 Retro Ride[edit source]

The Dr. Pepper retro automobile for The Sims 3 doesn't look like a 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air, it looks more like a 1956 Plymouth Fury...
