Please do not add info from your game into the main text, or the Character bios either. Also, do not add ages into the character info boxes because they are presumptive of information that is not cited. Thank you.

Adoption status

Please do not add Mary Sue's adoption status in the infobox. "Unadopted" is not an age classification and it creates a link to a page that is not needed. You should add her adopted status in the main body of the article. --a_morris (talk) 17:12, 28 April 2009 (UTC)

Who are her real parents

I mean seriously, she looks Asian, but yet we don't KNOW WHO HER REAL PARENTS ARE! EAxis REFUSES to tell us.

There's no significant evidence to prove her heritage. And I'm pretty sure Mary-Sue couldn't be a full asian, that is to say if she has any asian ancestry full stop. Also Angela and Lilith lack any visible appearance of asian ancestry (while they don't have to be full europeans to look like full europeans).

A couple of years ago I thought that her real parents were some of the Pleasantview ancestors that couldn't be resurrected in-game, but I later realized that there was no basis for these ideas. C.Syde (talk | contribs) 12:22, January 23, 2014 (UTC)

Mary Sue

In fanfiction, a 'Mary Sue' is a perfect character. He/she can do anything possible and even things that aren't. He/she has a perfect life when nothing major goes wrong and several men/women fall deeply in love with him/her. Unless I'm very much mistaken, that doesn't fit Mary-Sue and thus it's probably just a coincidence. -The Samster a.k.a. Chance card glitch?

I don't think the chance card she receives should be referred to as glitched unless unless the pre-set "always fail" condition affects other Sims. If it only affects her, it's a case of pre-planned mischief on the part of Maxis. Dharden (talk) 00:27, February 6, 2012 (UTC)

I realized that the chance card is already set as a scenario too, just like many other premade Sims from Base Game. Nevertheless, people still assume it as a glitch. Nikel _Talk 03:27, February 6, 2012 (UTC)

Her family is my favorite family of Sims2 to play with :) I always love to make her and Daniel get back together, several times I've had kaylynn catch them doing it and slapping Daniel (which I thought was really odd because Mary Sue is the wife!). I also lvoe to make the twins become best friends.

I wish families of sims 3 were like this too, with plots just waiting to be revealed!

I had Kaylynn move in, and that would make it awkward. There is a small room built into Lilith's bedroom that Mary-Sue slept in. I moved Kaylynn out and she now resides in the family bin. I got Daniel & Mary-Sue back together. ~ NuttySimmer (talk) 00:20, August 26, 2015 (UTC)

Why she is much older than Cassandra Goth in the Sims 2

The developers probably weren't paying much attention to her and Cassandra's age gap because they were too busy making sure that Daniel and Mary-Sue's ages were not inconsistent. In my game I always make her 19 days away from being an elder, so that her age is not inconsistent with Cassandra's and I guess not too inconsistent with Daniel's.C.Syde (talk | contribs) 10:13, December 11, 2013 (UTC)

Yes. But several other Sims ages are inconsistent with the ages of their children (e.g. Brandi - Dustin / Jennifer - Lucy / Herb and Coral - Mary-Sue / Buzz - Tank and Ripp / Titania and Oberon - Puck Bottom / Goneril - Miranda). C.Syde (talk | contribs) 20:36, June 14, 2014 (UTC)
