Douser vs Dowser

The trivia was recently edited, saying that "douser" is an alternate spelling of "dowser." But I think "douser" really is an incorrect spelling. A "douser" is someone who throws water, while a "dowser" is someone who searches water with a divining rod. Can someone else confirm this? Nikel _{Talk – Vote!} 07:55, August 11, 2014 (UTC)
