Parenting Skill

There's a tick mark saying that there's a parenting skill in Sims 3. I have yet to see this. Can anyone confirm it exists? I have seen my sim want wish to read a Parenting Book, but that has never added a skill and the books they want to read are found in the General section of the book store, not the Skill Book section.—ErzengelLichtes (Contribs) 07:36, 7 June 2009 (UTC)

No there isn't. That's the children's books, they don't do any sort of skill building. You read those to toddlers. —ErzengelLichtes (Contribs) 20:35, 26 June 2009 (UTC)

Late Night Skills

Why hasn't the Bass, Drums and Piano skills been added yet? it's been confirmed by many sources (that like the guitar), they will each have their own skill.Bafendo 18:14, October 9, 2010 (UTC)

the sims 2 skills

I have noticed that when you learn all "life" skills like parenting , physiology ,etc. you learn skills instantly.Anybody else have this problem?--CookieMonster888 ^talk 14:37, April 3, 2011 (UTC)

Gambling skill

I think it's included only if you download the casino. Because it includes the slot machines and the blackjack tables - the only way to gain this skill. Alex9400 | TALK with me. I ♥ ♦³ :-) 13:15, June 11, 2012 (UTC)

Yup. One more way from EA to force us download stuff if we want a complete set of skills. Why didn't they just add it with Showtime? I just hope anyone would get the icon for me. Nikel _Talk 13:38, June 11, 2012 (UTC)

last paragraph on Skill Journal section. I found this information to be fault, so if anyone still think this is true, please confirm this information.

Sims 2: Apartment Life Psychology Glitch

LOL I should make my Sims learn Psychology more often. If psychology really is the culprit, I'll have my Sims maximizing all their skills faster than you can run a mile! C.Syde65 (talk) 08:46, February 8, 2014 (UTC)

I believe that is the culprit, yes. It made the game pretty boring though. As soon as all 7 skills are maximized, nothing really needs to be done. Thankfully there's a wide selection of skills for Sims to learn in The Sims 3. Nikel _{Talk – Vote!} 09:06, February 8, 2014 (UTC)
