Life state for this expansion

Should we consider the Scarecrow as this expansion pack's life state? I know it is not a playable life state, but neither was the Genie in The Sims 2: Freetime and we still consider it the creature for that expansion. TheTeostar (talk) 08:31, June 22, 2018 (UTC)

Well, I did see someone say that he is just a bald man in a costume and not a life state. - SimDestroyer (talk) 20:53, June 22, 2018 (UTC)
