Message in a bottle

The article says that one can find a message in a bottle when exploring these caves. Has anyone received a map piece or the riddle for unlocking hidden islands from these? I've read that they don't spawn everywhere that normal bottles can be found. — Lexmechanic (talk) 01:58, October 8, 2013 (UTC)

Yes, you may find a message in a bottle or map piece, but it's as rare as finding a magic gnome in the cave. The islands you unlock by collecting the map pieces and exploring a cave are different. If you're referring to the PlumbBob map found in a message in a bottle, I'm not sure if you can find one in an underwater cave though... Nikel _{Talk – Vote!} 03:25, October 8, 2013 (UTC)
