Conflicting info

The article says that unicorns can have foals with horses and other unicorns. That makes sense. But it also says there can only be one unicorn per neighborhood---do unicorn foals replace their parents? How do you get a second unicorn to mate with the first if there can be only one? Lacking Pets, I can't really change it, but some clarification is needed. DarwinSighs 11:15, October 22, 2011 (UTC)

However, I am sure the info is not conflicting. Think about it. There is a unicorn. Unicorn is invited into family and accepts invitation. New Unicorn is generated. Second unicorn is also invited and accepts invitation. Unicorn + Unicorn= !00% Unicorn I suppose it makes sense.

Bridgeport?

yup, there is an unicorn on bridgeport, the opportunity to find it is random. i also not found any wild animal on bridgeport, maybe it just for Appaloosa plains only. Wir.wiryawan 05:52, October 31, 2011 (UTC)

Geez, I know wild animals sound very peculiar if seen in Bridgeport, but if it's only available in Appaloosa Plains, what's the point of Pets and the wild animals? Nikel _Talk 08:09, October 31, 2011 (UTC)

Maybe because Appaloosa Plains is a country town may have more wild animals than others. I wouldn't really like to see too many wild animals in Bridgeport, it wouldn't really fit its theme. hey rose, do you know in my game a stray dog enter The Prosper Room VIP area and chew the chair? stray dog can enter the vip area but my 2 star celebrity cant... O.o Wir.wiryawan 09:41, October 31, 2011 (UTC)

Somewhere around the Sims 3 forum i saw a post that wild animals, i don't know is unicorns are counted as one' appear only in Sunset Valley, Riverview, Barnacle Bay, Hidden Springs, Twinbrook and Appaloosa Plans. I found a unicorn four times in sunset valley! So that means they may be found in Twinbrook, Riverview etc. btw this is LolitaG

I've confirmed that as I'm writing this message, you will never find Unicorns in Bridgeport by default. However, just follow the steps I've detailed below if you want to meet them:

1. In Bridgeport, go to Edit Town.
2. Select any community lot(s) that you want, and change its Lot Type.
3. Choose "Fishing Spot".
4. Continue with the game, and wait until night. It should have a 33% chance a unicorn spawns by default. When it does, you can interact with it.
5. If you want to increase/decrease the chances for it to spawn, use this mod http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=459352

I've confirmed this method works and I have recruited my Unicorn into my household. :)

That's interesting. I've seen unicorn several times, but they seem to be attracted to fishing spots. Seeing that Bridgeport doesn't have fishing spots, this might be true. Nikel _{Talk – Vote!} 04:22, May 12, 2013 (UTC)
