Ted Roswell is a pre-made Sim who resides in StrangerVille, the world introduced in The Sims 4: StrangerVille. He lives together with his wife Meredith Roswell and when first played is infected from the town's mysterious infection.

Ted is an adult, around 23-20 days away from becoming an elder. He is unemployed and has the Fabulously Wealthy aspiration. He has seven skill points in gardening, five points in charisma and four points in logic.

According to his family biography, Ted is one of the oldest residents of StrangerVille alongside his wife. He is the supposed mayor of the town and has recently been aggressively pushing to get the isolated place to be more technologically advanced. He has made many shady deals and has completed his life's crowning achievement, the construction of the Crater Base and The Secret Lab. However, in the midst of these accomplishments, Ted's wife has noticed him acting quite strange at night. He has also been visiting the strange lab very frequently to try and cover things up. Ted also has the evil trait, while Meredith has the good trait, which may result in the couple having a tense relationship.
