- This template is used to welcome IP/anonymous users, identified with an IP address.
- Usage
- Type the following at the top of the IP's talk page:

- It is not necessary to sign the template with four tildes (~~~~) as the template does this automatically.
- You must substitute the template as shown above! Do not transclude the template like you would other templates!
