Preparing for Fluid Layout

This template may need to undergo a major revision when fluid layout is implemented. Currently the width of the template is fixed at 660px (10 fewer than the current maximum width of 670px). With a fluid layout, the width of a page will vary from reader to reader, so 660px may be way too small for readers using high resolution displays. A solution to this would be to set the width of the template in percentages rather than pixels, however this appears not to work correctly when it comes to scaling up/down the image being used as the background for the template.
