Listing confirmed non-worlds on the world template[edit source]

It appears that someone has, once again, added Magnolia Promenade to the worlds template even though it has been confirmed by SimGuruGraham that it is not a world. Additionally, two new "neighborhoods" are also listed there, despite the fact that they're barely even classified as neighborhoods. This template is meant to list out playable main worlds; can we please stop adding Magnolia Promenades and other non-worlds to this template? -- LostInRiverview talkblogcontribs 02:23, August 13, 2015 (UTC)

Order of TS4 base worlds[edit source]

Currently (as of the time of writing), the worlds under the 'The Sims 4' column on this template are ordered: Oasis Springs, Willow Creek, Newcrest. This order is so because Oasis Springs and Willow Creek were introduced in the TS4 base game together, and thus the worlds are listed in alphabetical order. Newcrest was added in a later patch, so it's listed after the first two worlds, but still under the 'The Sims 4' header.

There seems to be some disagreement with at least one other user about the order of that section; specifically, this user has flipped Oasis Springs and Willow Creek around, such that Willow Creek is listed first and Oasis Springs, second. I have reverted this twice but I will not revert a third time as per 3RR. Instead, I'd like to see if there is a genuine desire among several people to change the ordering of worlds, and if so, why. My reasoning for keeping the worlds in the "current" order (i.e. Oasis Springs listed first) is because Oasis Springs and Willow Creek were released simultaneously. It could also be reasoned that Newcrest should be listed first if we're going strictly by alphabetical order, but I'd say that since it wasn't released along with the base game, it should almost be in its own separate group, maybe under a 'Added in patch' header?

Thoughts? -- LostInRiverview talkblogcontribs 15:26, September 5, 2015 (UTC)

Sorry, I didn't knew Oasis Springs and Willow Creek were in alphabethical order and got confused because Willow Creek was the first announced world in TS4. Oasis Springs was announced later. [1] In the world select section Willow Creek also comes before Oasis Springs. [2] That's why I think Willow Creek should come before Oasis Springs.

I think Newcrest should stay in the 'The Sims 4' section, because it's meant to be the newest version of TS4, not the version when it got released.

Btw what about changing the icons to those from the world select section?
