Fanon:Bigwallet Family and Fanon:Lady Bigwallet are two fanon pages, written by Funkey Kong (talk · contribs · editcount · block · modify rights · logs · block log) about a family and Sim created by the owner of the The Sim Supply YouTube channel. The issue is that these articles may be in violation of The Sims Wiki's notability policy, which specifies types of prohibited articles (specifically "Pages about player-created custom content (not including game modifications), such as custom neighborhoods, downloadable families, etc."). These fanon articles also may be in violation of Fanon Policy point 5. The articles here seem to be an encyclopedic reporting of another player's creations, and don't offer any original content that exceeds the creator's work.
The situation is tricky because of our unclear rules and procedures for handling fanon articles about 3rd party creations; an issue like this has only come up a handful of times so far. I'm not even necessarily speaking in favor of deletion, but I think that we should look at this case and come to some sort of a resolution one way or the other. -- LostInRiverview talk · blog · contribs 23:37, May 27, 2019 (UTC)
