Thomas Leong is one of the pre-made NPC headmasters who resides in Desiderata Valley, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: FreeTime. The other two headmasters are Korey Howe and Zeeshan Trimble. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him.

Thomas has short red hair, light blue eyes and tanned skin. He is a Fortune Sim with the Capricorn zodiac sign. As far as personality, Thomas is very playful, quite neat, and a little bit nice. But he is very lazy and somewhat shy. Thomas is mostly interested in Paranormal. He has the same facial structure as Amar Larrea.

Sometimes if Thomas is made playable, his PlumbBob will be inside him, instead of above his head. This happens with several other NPCs in The Sims 2. His personality is randomized when Desiderata Valley is loaded. The following personality is only referenced in the game files. This happens with all headmasters.

Despite his Aspiration, Thomas isn't interested in Money. His pre-destined hobby is Cuisine. Thomas' first name contains a space, making his full name appear as "Thomas  Leong" in-game. This was most likely a mistake.
