Timothy Jeffress is one of the pre-made repairmen who resides in Riverblossom Hills, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Seasons. The other two repairmen are Lilly Larrea and Daryl Hamilton. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him.

Timothy has short grey hair, dark blue eyes and medium skin. He is mostly interested in Environment, Sports, and Work. When it comes to Timothy's skill points, he has maximized the mechanical skill, and is on his way towards maximizing the cooking skill. He is also close to maximizing the creativity skill.
