Todd Landgraab is a pre-made Sim from Midnight Hollow. He resides in Weird Shelter, at 30 Swallow Street, with his roomates, Karl Simon and Seema Sielen.

The three roomates are said to be entrepreneurs, and each of them has a quality they bring to the group in order to make it work. According to the household biography, Todd is the one with money and the group has whole has been pressured by friends, family and society to make something of themselves. However, their plan actually appears not to be settled yet.

The fact that he is referred to as the one who has the cash likely means Todd is directly related to the Landgraab family, one of the richest and most influential families in The Sims series.
