Traits are a feature in The Sims Social, which are similar to the traits of The Sims 3.

Upgrading and Equipping Traits[edit | edit source]

Traits are buyable with Lifetime Achievement Points (LAP). Each trait also features 4-5 levels, each needs to be bought at the double price of LAP than the last one. Traits in The Sims Social designed for benefits in game.

However, equipping a trait need an empty slot. At the first time, you were given one empty slot. The player can have more traits if he or she unlocks more slots (with LAP). The player can also remove an existing trait instead buying slot to equip a trait (with LAP).
