Unborn baby Doe is the unborn child of John and Jane Doe. Jane will find out that she is pregnant with this baby soon after the game starts.
The baby will always be born with light skin, and will usually have blue eyes, as both parents have this eye color.
It is up to the player to decide whether to continue the naming practice, as the baby's parents and siblings all have names starting in "J". However, the name will be randomized if the household is not being actively played.
