- Users my nominate 1 entry per category.
- Users who nominate must be registered.
- Self-nominations are not allowed.
- Stories with no votes for 1 week will be removed.
- A nominator may not vote for an article he/she entered.
- There are some requirements an article should have before being entered:
- Good, near perfect spelling and grammar.
- Not be considered "short"
- Well spaced
- The person who created the article must be contacted and accept the nomination.
- When accepting a nomination, the user understands that winning or losing is chosen by the community, and will not abuse their winning or complain about losing.

The Sims 3: Generations Portal[edit source]

You can find a category tree of the Generations category on the right which will list all articles and sub-categories in it. The rest of this portal will manually list the remaining articles, categories, templates and provide links to image categories. The useful templates won't need updating with Generations information, but they come in handy when working on Generations pages. As the game is still in development it is important that you cite your sources.

Favorites page columns[edit source]
Favorites can be set for a Sim in Create a Sim as part of their personality in The Sims 3. There are three types of favorites: food, music, and color. Sims will tend to choose their favorites when they can.
Favorites can only be changed with the "Change of Taste" lifetime reward from The Sims 3: World Adventures, but the favorite music can be changed with the testingcheatsenabled cheat.

The purpose of the favorite food is apparent: Sims who eat their favorite food will clap and laugh as they eat,and might get a moodlet, and get a mood boost. Sims will choose their favorite leftovers more if told to eat. With Late Night Vampires will prefer O-positive plasma, a type of blood in real life.
