HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!
This week marks the fifteenth anniversary of the release of The Sims (February 4, 2000) and the tenth anniversary of the debut of The Sims Wiki (February 6, 2005)!
We have a little bit of news this week, and plenty of other things to report on. Take a look!
The Sims news[edit source]
- Minimum requirements for The Sims 4 on Mac announced
EA has released the minimum specifications to run The Sims 4 on Mac computers, when the Mac version of TS4 releases later this month. Players who already own the PC version of the game will be able to obtain a Mac copy of the game for free. EA has also announced that all future game releases for The Sims 4 will occur for PC and Mac simultaneously.
The Sims Wiki news[edit source]
- Nomination for bureaucrat
K6ka, an administrator on The Sims Wiki, has been nominated for Bureaucrat rights on the wiki. His nomination is currently under discussion and needs your input! A community consensus is required in order to approve a promotion. Please be sure to weigh in as soon as possible, if you haven't already.
