The Sims News

• The Sims 4 lands at Gamescom. The Sims 4 has been revealed to the world at Gamescom, a large annual gaming convention in Germany. TS4 's debut at the convention was synchronized with the release of its first two trailers (which can be seen here and here. You can read more about TS4 and Gamecom in this blog. Also, be sure to watch the Gamescom broadcast of The Sims 4, scheduled for August 22 at 15:00 UTC - you can watch it here.

• Community discussions. As always, there are a number of discussions ongoing that need your attention! Please take some time to address these forum threads:
  • Addressing issues with Featured Editor
  • Getting The Sims Wiki ready for The Sims 4 release
  • Discussion of a late 2013 wiki theme
  • Discussion of possible changes to the game rumors page
  • Addressing discrepancies between Sim memories in The Sims Stories
  • Determining how to address genders of glitched Sims
  • Drafting a potential ruleset for Chat moderators
• Project of the Month. This month's project is focused on Stub Articles, with the goal of cutting them in half. We haven't reached this goal yet, so there's still plenty of work to do! Please help if you can.
