Welcome to the September 2012 monthly events blog!
Sorry I'm late doing this, I've been away for the past couple of days due to things like social life, girlfriend, it being the weekend and so on.
Unfortunately this is a pretty light month as there's only one birthday (as far as active users go) and I couldn't think of anything new. On the bright side, we've got the spotlight (now viewable at the bottom of the page) and the release of The Sims 3: Supernatural so that should keep some of you busy. ;)
Here's the rundown for September:
- September 8th - 9th - IRC weekend! Drop into IRC and chat with other users!
- September 15th - 16th - Chat weekend! Drop into Chat (access) and converse with other users!
- September 22nd - 23rd - IRC weekend! Drop into IRC and chat with other users!
- September 23rd - Nikel23's birthday! Wish him a happy birthday on his talk page!
- September 29th - 30th - Chat weekend! Drop into Chat (access) and converse with other users!
As always if you have any suggestions for future events then don't be shy and comment this blog with your ideas! We're open to almost anything that can be considered as fun for the community!
I would also like to take a moment to direct users to this discussion regarding new things that we could potentially implement here on The Sims Wiki. I would much appreciate it if you took the time to comment on what's there.
