Week of September 5, 2013

It's September already! Time goes pretty fast, isn't it? I'm saying that because it's been a year since the release of The Sims 3: Supernatural, and I felt like I just got it recently...

So, what's happening (and will happen) during this week and the next? Here goes.

The Sims News

• The Sims 3: Movie Stuff is going to be released next Tuesday! There's just nothing much new about this stuff pack, except the loading screen, as shown above, courtesy of Simified. Pretty neat if you ask me. To me, this stuff pack goes to #2 of my worst stuff pack ever, preceded by Katy Perry's Sweet Treats and followed by 70s, 80s, & 90s Stuff (I still have a hard time typing the name).
  • EA has released the third Movie Stuff trailer at YouTube. Watch here.
• A new patch has been released, patch 1.57, in conjunction with the upcoming Movie Stuff. The patch fixes most of the things broken by Island Paradise patch, including, but not limited to:
  • Unusable walking canes
  • Unusable gnubb set
  • Tents that can't be put back in inventory after being used
  • Foul drinks made from the pool bar
  • Inability to take photo with friends
  • Inaccessible rabbit holes that are placed too close to the edge (crucial for Lunar Lakes
• We're getting cows for the next premium content set! Who's excited?? :D Not me, but I know a lot of people are excited across the internet. The cow set is to be released today! Read more about cows in my other blog.

The Sims Wiki News

• There's a lot of discussions happening around the community discussion forum. Why don't you share your input in the forum? Your opinions will be appreciated! Here are some of the discussions that I'd like to highlight:
