Monthly Question - December 2014
Welcome to the The Sims Wiki Monthly Question blog! Each month, we'll be asking you an in-depth opinion question about The Sims series, and we want your answers! Give us your opinions, ideas, complaints, or whatever else is on your mind, related to the question asked.

We are also looking to recognize the best comments given by users; to that end, we are encouraging other users to award PlumbBobs to comments that are particularly positive for whatever reason. To give a PlumbBob to a comment, simply reply to the comment with {{PlumbBob}}.

This month's Question

Below are the top responses:

LegenDove - 3 PlumbBobs

I think death is the greatest feature. It gives a whole lot meaning. You meet The One. You settle down. You have kids, you get an awesome job. You get attatched to these lines of code, who will no longer be a part of your life, because in The Sims, death exists. Without it, there'd be no rush. No reason to live their life to the fullest, but that's what The Sims is about. Living a life you may not experience.

Asymmetricalpasta03 - 3 PlumbBobs

the best feature has always been aging. having them born, watching them grow, watching their children be born and grow, accomplishing all you could with them, and finally learning to let them go. having an effective time limit to complete character goals. it was the first step in making them "alive".

Auror Andrachome - 2 PlumbBobs

The memories from TS2 (not the garbage TS3 counterpart) have always been the best part of the game. It adds to the experience of the game and the purpose for the Sims.
