Welcome to The Sims Wiki
Welcome to The Sims Wiki! Thank you for your contributions to the wiki.
Please sign in and create a user name. It's an easy way to keep track of your contributions and helps you communicate with the rest of the community. Creating a username has many advantages, such as being allowed to create fanon. You can see all of them here.
Questions? You can ask at the Help desk or on the "discussion" page associated with each article, or post a message on my talk page!
Spotted some vandalism? We have a team of administrators who will happily deal with vandalism when they see it. If you have found some vandalism from a user who hasn't been sanctioned, you can help by reporting it!
Need help? The Community Portal has an outline of the site, and pages to help you learn how to edit. You may also try asking for help on the IRC channel, where some users may be able to help you!
Please leave a message on my talk page if I can help with anything about the wiki! ― C.Syde (talk | contribs) 02:34, April 30, 2018 (UTC)

April 2018[edit source]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Please be particularly aware that:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. You should not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at the administrators' noticeboard. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing.C.Syde (talk | contribs) 22:27, April 30, 2018 (UTC)

RE: Sorry to have been dramatic[edit source]

It's no problem. If someone does, then they'll just be informed of the consensus that was reached three years earlier, and that the information should remain that way, unless the consensus is somehow repealed, which is unlikely to happen any time soon since no circumstances have changed since the consensus was reached. ― C.Syde (talk | contribs) 10:35, May 2, 2018 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address, among other benefits!
