Undo on Ada Kane

May I ask why you undid Till lindenmann's edit here? You reverted their edit without providing a reason in your edit summary; however, the edit they made was constructive. RE: Is the Surname Fuchs Very Common For Sims?

I counted 19 Sims with that surname, so yes, it is very common. Sims sharing identical surnames is very common; I would personally avoid mentioning this in articles unless it's notable (e.g. Lolita Goth having the same surname as the Goth family yet not appearing on any Goth family tree). —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 15:30, August 6, 2018 (UTC)

Yeah, it's a very common surname among Sims. There are many surnames in The Sims 2 that share this trait among townies and NPCs, though some surnames more than others. ― C.Syde (talk | contribs) 12:19, August 7, 2018 (UTC)

RE: How did you get those names for the facial templates?

By doing Ctrl + Shift + C which opens the cheat window, typing "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" into it, and then hitting enter. Then going into Create a Sim and doing Shift + N which opens debug mode, and then going into the third Create a Sim step and going into the area where all the default templates are. ― C.Syde (talk | contribs) 03:31, August 10, 2018 (UTC)

Apologies for the confusion. The edit summary was not meant for you. The edit summary began with "Revert to revision 836096 dated 2018-08-20 17:13:36 by Bubbz3388 using popups", which is an automatically generated summary by the tool I was using, Navigation popups. The text after that was text I added in response to Acherontia Styx's edit here that made a lot of odd changes to my talk page that may have been automatically made by the Rich Text Editor without their knowledge. If you see such instances of known sockpuppets and long-term abusers making inappropriate edits, simply report the issue to the administrators' noticeboard, or join the Discord server and report it in the #vandalism_reports channel. In most cases, there is nothing to be concerned about, since any vandalism they do can be undone in a few clicks. Removed addition to "Get Famous" page

Hey, I wanted to talk to you a bit about the statement you added to The Sims 4: Get Famous page that was later removed. The statement you added was, "This expansion pack's theme has been criticized due to the popularity of the Road To Fame Mod." I was not the person who removed that statement, though I agree with its removal. Especially when dealing with unreleased games, any statement of fact in the article has to be supported by one or more references. If you've noticed, factual claims in the article, like the pack's announcement date and release date, are followed by a reference to a particular web page where the fact can be verified. The statement you added did not cite any source for the criticism you alluded to. If there is significant criticism of the expansion pack, it may be a relevant addition to the article, but in order to confirm that the criticism exists and that it is significant enough to be worth mentioning, you need to include a reference (or, if possible, multiple references) that shows the criticism.

As a general rule-of-thumb, if you have doubt about whether a particular statement or fact should be included in an article or is relevant, don't hesitate to post on the article talk page to ask for other opinions. The talk page can also be used to improve any statements that you want to add, and can be used to collaboratively work on text for an article before the information is published in the article itself. You can also reach out directly to other users through their talk pages; any active administrators or content moderators would be willing to offer you advice and opinions as well, if you seek them out.
