Sunlit Tides in The Re-Birth of Sims Spirit?

Hey, it's me FluffBall. I was wondering if every character in TRBoSS have to be in Bridgeport, because it would be easier for people to meet, or could they be anywhere, like Sunlit Tides because Pearl Yang lives there so it would make more sense? FluffBall
