Underage user bans from chat

Im not Trolling so Im not accepting a ban. Its unfair to ban for no reason. Heres proof I do nothing wrong.

I am playing sims 3 pets on xbox 360 and cant unlock the creative spirit challenge Architect -Remodel the town by edit all purchasable lots I have unlocked all houses and edited them aswell I have deleted my save files and started a new game over and over but it still wont unlock or tell me how much % I have done.
