Welcome[edit source]

Hi, and welcome to The Sims Wiki, Jasonikeokwu! Thanks for your edit to the Cheats page.

Please leave a message on my talk page if I can help with anything about the wiki! (If you have questions about the game, please ask them in the Forum.) -- Duskey (Talk) 12:19, August 24, 2010

Cheats[edit source]

The reason cheats aren't listed in the Cheats article itself is that listing all the cheats for the various games would make the article much too long. Dharden (talk) 13:15, August 24, 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for your images[edit source]

We appreciate the images you've contributed to the wiki, however it seems you forgot to add some things to them. The images in question are:

Licensing: All images must have their licensing information added. If the image is from The Sims series of games or contains the PlumbBob, it is copyrighted to EA. Add {{Copyright by EA}}.
If you've made the image yourself, you need to decide on the license. The Sims Wiki recommends a Creative Commons license. Unless stated otherwise the image will be assumed to be under the CC-BY-SA license.
See Category:Copyright tags for a list of available copyright options.

Categories: All images must be put in a category. See Help:Categorizing images for basic image categories or browse all image categories to find the correct one. In most cases, your image should only be included into one category and only be put in Category:Images if there is no other place to put it.
See Help:Categorizing images and Help:Category for more information.

Filenames: The image(s) you uploaded contains either an invalid filename or a generic filename. Please avoid using slashes in your files / \, this causes the image to not show in articles. A generic filename is eg. 'screenshot-xx'. These will be overwritten when someone else uploads and image of the same name. In the future, please mark files with invalid or generic filenames with the {{move}} template and an administrator will move it if they haven't already been moved.

I went ahead and move the image for you and put it in the 'User files' category. You still need to pick a license though.

If you have any further questions about this message or this wiki, feel free to contact me on my talk page. Duskey(talk) 17:05, August 24, 2010 (UTC)
