I've just watched a few videos and there is no indication whatsoever of his name. I'm not spending my entire evening watching YouTube videos just to find out somebody's name. Licensing tool

I wonder if you can disable the file licensing tool to unregistered users -- if it's allowed? After you fixed it when the tool broke, the vandal who kept inserting false license returned. After all, there doesn't seem to be any record where unregistered contributor helped license the files, or they can do it by editing the page instead. I can probably do something with Special:Abusefilter to try and mitigate the issue. It gets complicated when it's just one guy messing around with it and personally I don't want to lock out anons. completely from licensing images unless it's an absolute last resort. Eh, I realized your reply just now. I didn't recall if this issue still occurs between your reply and now, but if you set the filter to the same anon, I don't think it will be effective. For the record, this vandalism is always done by different anons, so one vandalism and the anon is gone for good. But anyway, I'll report back when I see this vandalism again. Pardon my interjection, but are you sure that it really is vandalism? It seems that images are always licensed as being fanon images, which is the default selection in the drop-down list. It doesn't seem unlikely that people are just accidentally licensing files. -- LostInRiverview ^{talk ~ blog} 19:46, July 27, 2013 (UTC)

It's not always fanon, LiR. Sometimes it's even others, like screenshots from The Sims 3.

But you know, I didn't think of that possibility... That too, might be possible too. I should remember AGF. In that case, can I request something else? Maybe disabling the tool if the image is already licensed, so there wouldn't be multiple license. Actually, it's more of me asking if it could be possible for me to join the program, as an Adopter I mean. I really like helping new users and pointing them in the right direction. Re: Images

That image is very similar to ones made by TheXmas, except my one has thinking bubbles. And I don´t think that they have bad quality, images that RR removed before were bad. JavaScript Oasis

Hey Lab! I'd like to ask you if you could help me out with the Oasis Scripting thing (Link to what I mean http://dev.wikia.com/wiki/UserTags#Restyling_the_Oasis_Masthead). According to that article, you can change the background image via CSS. For example, if I wanted to set File:Example.jpg as a background, I'd add this code to MediaWiki:Wikia.css:

.UserProfileMasthead .masthead-info {
	background: url("http://images.wikia.com/sims/images/a/a9/Example.jpg") 0 20% black;
	color: white;
}

Can't Move Family Into an Empty House

Hello,

Every time I try to put my usual Sim family into Isla Paradiso, I get as far as clicking the tick and then it goes blank but I'm not playing with the active household. My chosen house is green (Saying that it's my home) and I get the message saying that I can play with them but I cannot actually control them. My game is not frozen and I can still move around freely on the map but it's impossible to go out of map view on the slection screen. Could you help me please?

Archiving Bella's theories

I attempted to archive Bella Goth's theories, but Abuse Filter seems to have caught profanity in the theories. Well, it means it can't be archived at the moment. But how are we supposed to find the profanity in the longest page in the wiki? Should the filter be disabled temporarily or the profanity has to be searched thoroughly? Renaming files

Hi, some time ago, you mentioned that I can rename files via Rename button on the toolbar. Hovewer, when I try that, it says that I don't have the permission to rename them. Apparently, you have to be an admin to do this. Unless I have been an admin for too long, I'm pretty sure other users were once upon a time able to do this. So unfortunately you'll have to ask an admin if you want a file renamed. Is an e-mail address mandatory on Wikia to make an account? I know that for Wikipedia that isn't the case. The e-mail address is there in case someone hacks your account or if you just forget - you can then use the e-mail address to retrieve the password. And anyways, what's wrong with creating a new e-mail address? When my email account was created my mom forced me to give her the password - but once she looked away I quickly changed the password. A small problem with the property template

While I was maintaining a fanon page (namely, adding the cleanup tag and the property template to a fanon of a user who is most likely inexperienced), I've noticed that it added the category "Fanon owned by Mathetesalexandrou" as well. I presume this is a bug? MILK FOR THE UNYUUFEX, FLAT CHEST FOR THE CUTENESS THRONE, SKULLS FOR THE SKULL PROBES (user talk:Mathetesalexandrou) 21:37, January 31, 2014 (UTC)

I think it was because there was already a Property tag on the page, which has since been removed, which had no attribution to it, meaning it's automatically linked the fanon with whoever last edited the article, or at least that's what I think it is.
